Never have we had so much readily available information on eating for health, wellness and weight maintenance. Any book store offers hundreds of titles on dieting and health. A casual google search for “weight loss” or “diets” will net you hundreds of thousands of hits.
So why are we still searching for answers?

The right nutrition for your body type is vital. But even the most brilliant eating plan, healthy diet or weight loss regimen won’t work if you don’t follow it. And you won’t follow it, if you’re not addressing the underlying physical, mental, emotional and sometimes spiritual issues that drive disordered eating.

You won’t follow it if it’s rigid and dogmatic. And you certainly won’t follow it if it’s devoid of pleasure.
