The Deeply Nourished program is designed to help you make conscious choices in your eating.

Our goal is to find out what you’re really hungry for--and what makes you feel deeply nourished. This program helps you deal with the following aspects of eating:

b Food Fear: Understanding and releasing anxiety about eating
b Constant Cravings: How to understand and deal with them
b What Have You Got To Lose: Mental and emotional blocks to weight loss
b Family Ties: How childhood lessons about food impact current choices
b Nourishing Habits: Ways to cultivate mindful eating and enhance conscious food choices
b Intuitive Eating: How to listen to what your body really wants

In addition, we may work with visualization exercises, meditation and breathing techniques that help you become more aware during eating. You may use some other therapies, like yoga postures or energy techniques, to support your body and bring awareness to your eating.

All along the way, you’ll be supported and guided. This is not a how-to approach to diet and nutrition; this is an invitation to explore and discover your own answers.
